Eligibility

• CraftMail is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
• By using CraftMail, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

Use of service

• You may use CraftMail only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and regulations.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CraftMail solely for personal or organizational email labeling and organization.

Gmail access and permissions

• CraftMail connects to your Gmail account through the Gmail API using the gmail.modify scope.
• By using the Service, you grant CraftMail permission to:
  • Read your incoming Gmail messages for the purpose of applying labels.
  • Create Gmail labels under "CraftMail."
  • Assign labels to emails based on your selected preferences.
• We do not store the content of your emails or use them for advertising, training AI models, or resale.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and session credentials.
• You agree not to misuse CraftMail, including (but not limited to):
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service,
  • Reverse-engineering or modifying the Service,
  • Interfering with its normal operation.

Privacy

Your use of CraftMail is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Intellectual property

CraftMail, including its name, design, features, and associated content, is owned by Sabrina Johnson. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on CraftMail without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of CraftMail.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftMail and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CraftMail if you violate these Terms or if your continued use poses security, legal, or compliance risks.
