By using CraftMail, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. CraftMail is not intended for individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you must not use this Service.

When you use CraftMail, we may collect the following information through the Gmail API and your Google account:

  • Your email address
  • Your Gmail profile picture
  • Your full name
  • Your selected CraftMail labels

We also access email messages only for the purpose of applying CraftMail labels.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Read incoming email messages to determine how to organize them.
  • Create new Gmail labels under "CraftMail."
  • Assign CraftMail labels to emails based on your preferences.
  • Store only limited account-related information (email address, profile picture, full name, selected labels) to support your use of the Service.

What we do not do

We want to be clear about what we do not do:

  • We do not store the content of your emails (headers, bodies, or attachments).
  • We do not use your emails to train any artificial intelligence (AI) models.
  • We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience. The following data may be stored in cookies:

  • Your full name
  • Your Gmail profile picture
  • Your CraftMail labels
  • Your session token (system-generated)
  • Your OAuth state (system-generated)

Cookies are used only to maintain your session and personalize your experience.

Terminology

Google API Data

Our application uses the Gmail API with the gmail.modify scope. This access is strictly limited to reading and labeling emails as described above. Our use and handling of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the right to:

Eligibility – 18 and Older

CraftMail is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to use the Service or provide personal information. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
